Sales Manager for BISOU Company is responsible for providing professional services to customers by promoting and demonstrating fragrances, skin care and related brand items, as well as contributing to the success of the department through achieving personal sales goals.
We produce and sell European fragrances, skin care. Vegan, animal cruelty free, made with organic quality products.
Location: Beautifully French designed kiosk in the Newport Mall
Compensation: $8,000 to $15,000 per month
Job Type: Full Time or Part time
Our sales managers are highly trained and as it is now we have 154 sales reps inside the mall business. The sales manager is the leader of the team and is in charge of our operation.
Responsibilities:
-Motivate Team of sales representatives
- Train sales representatives to reach personal daily, weekly, and monthly goals
-Make sure location stays tidy and staying on top of inventory
-Making the work schedules
-Reaching the locations daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Pay:
This position is strictly results driven which means you will be paid by commission and daily bonuses. Average pay for our sales managers are $9,400 per month.

Qualifications:
- MUST have at least one year of direct sales experience
- Management experience
- Be able to maintain KPI's
- Be able to organize schedules appropriately
