The Role
Bitly is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Growth Engineering organization. This team’s focus is on the Free to Paid Conversion and the overall experience to Bitly from the first time someone searches for a URL shortener. This team is highly data focused in improving the overall experience of our users and trying out new things to improve that experience over time.
You will work closely with the Product and Design teams to build out new features and solve real world problems for our users. Your team will most likely be named after an animal. You will also partner closely with Marketing and help ensure that we are closely aligned on the needs and wants of our users, as well as the business.
