Key Responsibilities:
- Incoming Sales Lead Management:
- Efficiently process incoming email leads by entering them into our sales system and create follow-up tasks for agents.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries over the phone, collecting essential prospect information without engaging in direct insurance sales.
- Data Management:
- Import data using various tools and techniques, ensuring seamless integration into our sales system.
- Assist with ongoing database maintenance, leveraging tools like Excel for efficient cleanup and organization.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Intern to effectively process return mail.
- Reporting:
- Generate detailed reports from Salesforce, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, as requested by management.
- Conference and Event Support:
- Handle registration and logistical planning for conferences and events, maintaining an up-to-date calendar for agents.
- Partner Program Administration:
- Maintain comprehensive records of our valuable marketing partnerships.
- Marketing Supply Management:
- Oversee the ordering and distribution of essential marketing materials.
- Basic Graphic Design:
- Create simple graphics for in-office announcements, social media posts, and other internal needs.
- Capture photographs at company-wide events for internal and promotional use.
- Basic Video Editing:
- Become proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro to edit training and promotional videos.
- Salesforce Administration:
- Assist with the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards for our sales team.
- Update territory maps and manage account ownership within our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum [2] years of professional office experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is beneficial.
