Title: Azure Support PM/Lead Location: Schaumburg, IL – Remote OK Employment Terms: Fulltime with benefits

Job Responsibilities: 1. Define processes and procedures for all key areas of the Azure support lifecycle 1. Incident Management 2. Change Management 3. Release Management 4. Problem Management 5. Configuration Management 2. Transition plan from Development to Support team for new Azure application releases 3. Support Shift Handover process across geographically distributed teams 4. Capturing SLA and reviews 5. Define RCA template and approach 6. Azure Production Support SOP Templates 7. Azure Production Support RACI Matrix 8. Knowledge Transfer Checklist and transition plan 9. Define knowledge repository hierarchy 10.Define process to contact internal and external stakeholders for critical and non-critical needs 11.Review the alerts and mechanism model and suggest improvements 12.Review the configurations in ‘Service Now’ and suggest additional fields and values (CMDB) 13.Collaborating with various stakeholders to come up with the requirements for the operational reports/dashboards 14.Setup Project Governance committee, Escalation Path and Weekly/Monthly reporting process 15.Define a process to capture support metrics like Job Failure %age, Yearly Effort Savings, Support effort distribution, Quality of resolution, First contact resolution rate etc. 16.Azure management 1. Job scheduling 2. Access management 3. Incident triage & troubleshooting 4. Cost Tracking
