Bizowie is seeking a full-time, Pittsburgh-based Marketing Manager.
Bizowie is a rapidly growing, Pittsburgh-based provider of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and online retailers. Our solutions empower our customers to automate tedious business processes, improve employee productivity, and make faster business decisions through real-time insights into financial and operational activities.
Job responsibilities include:
- Develop and deploy marketing strategies across distinct channels, segments and customer profiles
- Report on performance across multiple platforms, channels and campaigns
- Analyze channel performance, competitive trends, and marketing best practices to develop new marketing strategies and refine existing ones
- Closely collaborate with sales team to tightly integrate marketing processes with inbound business development and sales life cycles
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product management, sales management, executive leadership) and external vendors (creative)
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years marketing experience
- Prior professional experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation software
- Prior professional experience with CRM software
- Self-starter with the ability and willingness to understand complex products and sales cycles
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with B2B software
- Prior experience with Google AdWords or similar PPC platforms
