Role Purpose
Supports the report processing and distribution functions associated with the Cardiac Diagnostic Lab. Also provides clerical support, manages database systems, and performs holters.

Role Purpose
Supports the report processing and distribution functions associated with the Cardiac Diagnostic Lab. Also provides clerical support, manages database systems, and performs holters.
Responsibilities
- Hooks up and instructs patients in the use of monitors (as and when required).
- Schedules appointments for outpatients and inpatients services.
- Responsible for processing patient’s registrations, appointment check-ins and insurance verifications.
- Manage heavy phone volume with referring providers.
- Responsible for the clerical management of the ECG database systems (as and when required).
- Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned
- BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- <2 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification
