Job Brief Description

Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst responsibilities in the Intelligence and Investigations Department include providing intel to field agents, monitoring & analyzing social media posts/trends, and preparing diligent reports. The position reports directly to the Intelligence Director and is a full-time in-office position. Hourly Pay Range for this position is $35 - $38 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities

· Monitor and review OSINT, social media, and various platforms for risks and threats

· Perform cyber exploitation, data gathering, and advanced open-source mining & exploitation to conduct an in-depth search on potential subjects

· Assess information quickly and accurately for credibility, relevance, and importance

· Ensure all threats are detected and dealt with by monitoring field communication

• Inform and update field agents & Intelligence Director on upcoming and active risks and threats
• Intensive analysis of data collected and produce timely, useful, and custom-tailored intelligence reports and threat assessments

· Identify potential risks and threats in fan mail and electronic correspondence

· Perform internal OSINT risk assessments and, based on the findings, provide detailed proposals for further research, background investigations, and law enforcement involvement

· Monitor social media profiles & groups and interact with users, both covertly and overtly, to identify potential risk subjects

· Adherence to company procedures and processes as they relate to industry standards and handling of confidential information

· Collaborate closely with the surveillance & investigations team on necessary assignments or assessments

· Conduct research on international locations where clients may visit. This information may include crime and safety risks, political stability, and travel safety

Secondary Responsibilities

· Respond to daily intel requests from BBX management, the field, and clients.

· Coordinate with residential community security and other partners.

· Create active investigations based on intel requests

· Coordinate with the surveillance teams and other intelligence operations

· Create and maintain ongoing SEC alerts, WhatsApp messages, quick research, etc.

· Support the Operations Department in ongoing assignments from the office.

· Support field operatives in field debriefing and research.

· Coordinate with the Operations Department for travel assignment planning and security assessments.

· Check, monitor, and maintain the Trello database

· Create in-depth the following reports; Cyber Intelligence reports, special reports, data analyses, case studies, new bulletins, etc.

· Improve the organization of the Cyber Intelligence server files and knowledge base.

· Conduct site assessments according to BBX protocol.

· Provide field and training support when needed.

Required:

• Advanced understanding of social media platforms.
• Understanding of the intelligence cycle in both tactical and strategic manner
• 1 years of administrative office experience.
• Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent writing skills and communication
• Remarkable attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently
• Ability to be available Monday – Friday 8:00 am -5:00 and be available for remote work every other weekend.
• Ability to work overtime hours when necessary

Preferred:

• Preferred bachelor’s degrees: Criminal Justice, Psychology, Security Management, Legal studies, Public Safety Administration, Homeland Security, Forensics, Criminal Investigations, Risk Management
• Experience in platforms such as Trello, WhatsApp, Asana, and Investigative research tools (TLO, LexisNexis, Been Verified, etc.)
• Preferred background experience in law enforcement, military intelligence, legal office, social media, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
