In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Management and Marketing teams in the creation and maintenance of major product lines in multiple Home Product categories and retail channels. You’ll get to: Develop product strategy and road map within Home Products business which includes handheld vacuum cleaners and rapidly growing cordless stick vacuum cleaners Frequent interaction with global marketing counterparts to develop products that satisfy global users Work closely with engineering and design teams to provide clear project direction and deliver projects on time, on cost and on schedule. Become an expert in end-user applications and usage patterns to intimately understand how users interact with products to uncover opportunities for product enhancements and improvements Define product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the appropriate target market Collaborate with Brand marketing to develop engaging and compelling messaging that clearly articulates products’ benefits and features for ecommerce, retail packaging and social media Successfully launch innovative new products within markets including launch materials, sales training and commercial support Develop situational and internal assessments, competitive overview, strategic goals, portfolio objectives and action plans Assist commercial teams in developing plan to grow sales year over year, including product training Work with cross functional teams to develop manufacturing and sourcing strategies to support business and product plans with financial objectives The Person You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You also have: Bachelor's degree.
