What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Black Rain Ordnance?

As a Cerakote Painter, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interpret orders and specifications
- Prioritize tasks; communicating with Leadership and co-workers
- Mixing coating by weight using digital scale
- Follow established safety and cleaning procedures
The right candidate will have the following skills and abilities:
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude
- Adapt to change quickly
- Have a high level of attention to detail; identifying fine detail
- Able to differentiate between colors
- Willing and able to develop painting skills through training
- Stand for long periods of time
- Able to kneel, squat and bend down
- Able to lift more than 50 pounds
- Work in non-temperature regulated and loud environment
- Tolerate working with odorous chemicals (acetone, coating, catalyst etc.)
- Work within the Cerakote department doing other tasks as assigned
