What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A Dedicated Regional Home Wkly-Grads Welcome-1440-1650/WK position at Blackbird?
Class A drivers dedicated regional home every week for 48 hours – running for private fleet
Drivers with Class A experience starting pay is $60 per stop and $..53-.58CPM based on experience. All miles (loaded and empty) paid.
First year average pay is $75,000-$85,000
$5K sign on bonus - $2K first 90 Days - $3K 180 days – for all drivers
Paid orientation of $200/Day – usually 2 days-drivers are trained for 3-5 days. During training (this is ONLY to learn account not for recent grads) company will pay for hotel room for driver and trainer will sleep in the truck
Drivers with experience may have a dog from day one – recent grads must complete training.

Recent trucking school graduates welcome
Grads are paid $200/Day and are home weekly
Grads may run 5 or 6 days - $1000-$1200/WK
Once done with training (which can take 6-8 weeks) drivers start at $.60CPM and $50/Stop- $1440-$1500/WK
Must live within 150 miles of Atlanta
NOTE: This is 100% touch freight. No exceptions. Drivers will deliver roller containers to stores. This is a private fleet so you will only be delivering to company stores and there is absolutely no broker freight
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Class A CDL - to be experienced driver must have at least 3 months verified Class A driving experience in the last three years.
- Experienced drivers may NOT have more than 2 driving jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years-this is in any vehicle
- Will review all DOT Recordable Preventable and all other incidents or accidents from last three years
- May not be termed from last job due to safety
- No DUI in the last 12 months and max of one in lifetime and can never have been in a CMV and no failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
