Junior Sales Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Junior Sales Representative proactively and strategically sells Blackeagle services within the Utility, Fabrication, Renewables, Green, and Oil & Gas Industries. In alignment with the agreed sales plan, the Sales Representative also works to establish customer relationships that enable the identification of customer needs and the positioning of Blackeagle services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure services are marketed, positioned, and understood by key decision makers within client organizations
Proposes solutions to customers formally (through pitches, presentations, and tender submissions) and informally through networks, relationships, discussions
Takes and executes sales orders utilizing appropriate tools, systems, and processes
Responsible for relaying competitive information back to the appropriate stakeholders, including pricing, good/bad performance, marketing material, activities, etc.
Maintains understanding of Blackeagle technical capabilities and services, and effectively communicates them to customers
Feeds back customer information, intelligence, requirements, and requests to business development team and other company stakeholders in a timely manner
Engage in marketing activities by promoting the company's products and/or services and keep abreast of competition and industry trends
Analyze and research client needs and interests and further properly determine the best products/services for that client
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Performs various other duties assigned by direct supervisor within the physical constrains of the job
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution is preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in sales or related field
Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure to meet specific deadlines
Knowledge and experience with CRM’s
Experience of preparing and delivering client presentations
Strong written verbal, and communication skills
Logical and methodical, results driven
Self-confidence and motivation, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and determination
Advanced computer and presentation skills
Ability to work unsupervised, effectively, and under pressure to meet specific deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
Salary rate of $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience, plus commission
