What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bail Agent position at Blackjack Bail Bonds?
You must live in Decatur TX. This is a five day per week job, on call, those days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. You will be posting bonds at the jail and awaiting arraignments at our Decatur office. You will receive a call to go post bond in either Wise, Jack or Montague Counties, fill out the necessary paperwork (we provide and train you to fill out) and take to the jail and turn in. Once client is released, you take a video of them, fill out additional paperwork and turn file into office. This takes anywhere from 45min to 2hrs. Base pay is $800/week PLUS commissions. Realistically, you could expect to make and average of $1000 per week, paid weekly.

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
You must live in Decatur TX.
No Felony convictions or crimes of Moral Turpitude.
