Job Purpose/Background:
The Associate, Office of the Chairman and CEO, reports to a senior member of the Chief of Staff team and is responsible for preparing and managing day-to-day activities required for the CEO - s client strategy and public engagements, as well as strategic initiatives and high priority projects. The ideal candidate will provide support to the Chief of Staff by preparing briefing materials, crafting writing requests for correspondence or other initiatives, liaising with key stakeholders internally and externally, partnering to provide financial analysis on clients and companies, and managing and evaluating inbound requests. Effective execution will require preparation for engagements, fact-based research and writing skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in collaboration with senior business leaders across the firm.
