We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Paycom and a strong understanding of HR practices in the medical field (preferred). While a degree is not required, relevant experience and knowledge in healthcare HR will be highly advantageous.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
- Provide guidance and support to department managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and handling open enrollment processes.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to adhere to legal requirements and best practices.
- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and coordinating appropriate training sessions.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee time and attendance.
- Manage employee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the organization's workforce.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data security.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, with a demonstrated understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
- Expertise in using Paycom or similar HR software for payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR data management.
- Knowledge of HR practices specific to the medical field will be a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional HR services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving organizational needs.
- A degree in HR or a related field is not required but will be considered a plus.
