What You'll Do
- Develops and executes a Talent Acquisition strategy focused on creative sourcing methods to identify high potential, diverse talent for all positions across the company.
- Lead the recruitment team, with a focus on developing top talent that are exceptional brand ambassadors for the company.
- Effectively partners with key stakeholders to understand the talent landscape and internal workforce capabilities; Build customized strategies and diverse candidate-pipeline opportunities for anticipated needs as well as identify/resolve areas of potential risk.
- Develop and execute a nationwide talent acquisition and management strategy to proactively address our growth plans that target diverse pools of talent.
- Explore the latest recruitment technology and methods to find innovative staffing solutions to overcome hiring barriers
- Continually assess business processes to increase the talent function capacity.
- Create and measure KPIs and consistently strive to meet the agreed-upon target
What It Takes
- At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years leading a talent acquisition team
- 8 years' experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent preferably in a corporate environment with high volume roles across multiple disciplines.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications, HRIS and other data analytic tools.
- Demonstrate and ensure expert use of social media sources, databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience.
