- Responsible for providing support and guidance related to regulatory matters including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Immigration Compliance, Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and state/local laws.
- Develops and improves various HR policies and programs to support a culture of continuous improvement and scalability for future growth.
- The HR Compliance Manager will ensure accurate documentation of HR operating processes, operating cadence, leads continuous improvement activities, and supports large complex projects on matters of strategic importance to Blattner’s long term objectives and growth.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Eight (8) or more years of progressive human resources, HR compliance, employee relations, labor relations or related experience required.
- Previous experience leading highly visible HR projects from discovery stages to development and implementation required.
- Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials preferred.
