Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender/Server or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling
- Familiarity with brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology trends
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and cash handling
- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Experience in banquet or event bartending is a plus
- Sales skills to promote specials or upsell products
