Marketing Manager/Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Lays out and produces marketing material with minimal direction and good modern style
- Manages all aspects of digital and analog marketing
- Accurately proofs, edits and re-words narrative as needed
- Collaborates to produce analogue and digital materials to support business development activities (general qualifications packages, brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Graphically develops advertisements and promotional materials
- Oversees final project photography and coordinates other photography needs (i.e., headshots, in progress photos, etc.)
- Adheres to and enhances brand standards
- Manages monthly client and trade survey process
- Coordinates and implements intranet updates
- Provides assistance for various external/internal events
- Manages payment and sponsorship process
- Provides administrative support
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in Marketing
- An undergraduate degree in Marketing, a plus!
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, and comprehension)
- Must have intermediate to advanced level skill with Creative Suite (specific focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Detail oriented and time management skills
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a client centered environment
- Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines
Salary and Benefits:
- Part time
- Salary $20-$30 per hour depending on experience
