We are seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer and Admin to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion on a 12 month contract. The position is 100% remote and candidates must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.

Job Description

In this role, you will serve as both a developer and administrator on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications, integrations, and enhancements within ServiceNow. You will work closely with various internal teams such as IT, HR, and Customer Service to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide post-implementation support.

What you will be doing:

• Develop, design, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, integrations, and enhancements.
• Write, maintain, and debug scripts in JavaScript and Jelly.
• Manage the ServiceNow instance, including module support and daily administrative tasks.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Document development and configuration work.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor platform performance.
• Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and Jelly
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and SOAP for integration
• Experience in AngularJS/React and Bootstrap for Service Portal customization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment

Nice to have Skills:

• ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator certification
• Familiarity with Git for version control
• Experience in Orchestration and ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping

• MID Server Setup

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

The listed maximum pay rate for this role is $60 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
