General Laborer

This is a full-time entry-level position with leadership growth potential, no prior experience required. Seeking individuals looking for a career path in manufacturing and interested in growth with a People-first company.
- Member of a small (8-10) production team responsible for assembling custom window treatments.
- Assemblers/Associates will work closely with Production Managers, Supervisors & Production Leads within their department to ensure daily finished goods are completed up to quality standards & packed within the corresponding deadlines.
Key Requirements
- Interest in working in a team-friendly work environment, light assembly & packing.
- Associates must be hands-on and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to work SAFELY in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to work 9 hours standing, pushing/pulling carts, and lifting products.
