CAREER-ORIENTED SITE MANAGER LOOKING TO JOIN A GROWING TEAM
The Site Manager is responsible for leading the operations of the site. From upkeeping great customer service, employee efficiency and as well as membership sales. An outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for customer care is key component of this role. This includes the proper execution and evaluation to ensure maximum sales and efficient scheduling of labor. They are accountable for ensuring a positive experience for customers as well as providing a safe, positive working environment for employees. This position requires adhering to all procedural guidelines, including company policy and all local, state, and federal compliances.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily checklist
- Schedule employees within Company guidelines
- Provide the best customer experience by training team on all programs and building customer loyalty through our membership program
- Provide daily direction to the staff and ensure safety and other compliance procedures are being adhered to
- Strong problem-solving skills and regular communication with the Operations Manager
- Follow through on site’s open/close process and ensure site is fully operational during business hours
- Responsible for creating a positive culture and level of interaction to ensure exceptional customer service
- Accountable for providing strong, positive, and pro-active leadership to the team while providing direction, feedback, and holding them accountable for performance and results
- Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well, as internal audits
- Oversee the site’s appearance/conditions
- Maintains a safe work environment for employees and Guests
Job Qualifications
- Supervisor/Manager experience in Car Wash, Retail or Guest Service Industries
- Must always maintain the highest level of customer services
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing high-volume car wash
- Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise
- Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations
- Must have advanced attention to detail
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates (Including Fridays & Saturdays)
- Ability and willingness to work at other locations as needed
- Efficient planning and ability to execute for results
- Demonstrate ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training and setting clear expectations
Leadership Skills:
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Must be computer/technology proficient
- Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills is essential
- Must be able to lead, support and contribute to team goals
Language Skills:
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with Management and co-workers
