Job Title: E-Filing Representative
Job Summary:
Work closely with the calendaring team to meet all internal e-filing timelines.
Essential Duties:
- Navigate through the E-filing Portals
- Manage E-filing Calendar
- Prepare pleadings for uploading
- Upload cases for electronic filing while maintaining accuracy of work through daily reports and follow up
- Print accepted filings and send for service
- Be well versed on all processes and procedures, such as E-filing timelines and coding
- Ensure quality of work while maintaining quantity of work
Education and Experience:
A minimum of 1-year experience in a legal, banking or business field is required.
A college degree is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word
- Detail oriented
- Multi tasker
- Ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
- Highly organized
- Self-Starter
- Flexible
