Blize Healthcare is looking for experienced and hard-working Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Occupational therapists Assistants to join their growing team in Bay Area.
Blize clinicians are responsible and accountable for the delivery and coordination of patient care and the application of the nursing or therapy process. They demonstrate the ability to make clinical judgments and utilize critical thinking in an effective and efficient manner with supervision.
Minimum Requirements include:
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Must have a minimum 1 year of experience in their respective discipline
- Current state license as PT, PTA, OT, or COTA
- Current CPR certification.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
