Local DFW Builder is looking for an ENERGETIC - Part-Time Model Home Sales Assistant in Argyle/Denton, TX area.
The primary responsibility of the New Home Sales Assistant is to support the New Home Specialist in his/her efforts to generate new home sales. This position reports to an assigned New Home Specialist and/or the Sales Manager.
Requirements
The New Home Sales Assistant must:
- Be able to effectively interact with customers, Real Estate Agents, Company personnel and industry peers;
- Demonstrate general knowledge of the selling process and participate in sales training as directed by their Community Manager.
- Demonstrate general administrative skill in working with the sales team
- Demonstrate a proficiency in sales communication, to include, but not limited to telephone skills, preparation of point of purchase literature, brochures and mailed documents.
- Demonstrate effective use of office equipment.
- Operate and maintain, as directed, the assigned model home within company guidelines.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Have reliable transportation that will remain on property with you
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Commit to a full 9 hour day without leaving the community
- Be available weekends and Holidays (excluding Easter, Thanksgiving Day, &Christmas Day)
- Dress professionally (no; jeans, shorts, sun dresses, flip flops, tennis shoes, etc.)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open and operate sales office during published model home hours.
- Meet, greet, and qualify walk in traffic and customers in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate to prospective customers features and benefits of products offered.
- Maintain and update the merchandising and marketing efforts of the model home, sales office, community signage and all speculative and lot inventory as directed by the supervising New Home Specialist.
- Support New Home Specialist in their efforts in attracting prospecting buyers through fliers, promotional programs and referrals to generate at least one third of their traffic.
- Organize and schedule Realtor events
- Update Sales/Leads management software
Compensation $12/Hr. (Paid Bi-Weekly)
