We're seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to lead our analytics effort, bring insights and enable our marketing teams to make smarter decisions. Working from our offices in Slovakia, Czech republic, The UK or The Netherlands on a full-time basis or remotely, working from home (EU based). The salary range for Slovakia starts at 2 500 €, along with stock options and our benefits. Could you be the one?
What challenge awaits you?
As part of the marketing operations team, you will be responsible for improving the existing reporting framework, analyzing marketing performance, helping marketing teams set KPIs, managing marketing attribution software, improving our data collection practices and data visualization. This role will report to the Head of Marketing Operations and will work cross functionally with Partner, Campaign, Customer Marketing, Website, Sales Development and Revenue Operations teams.
Your job will be to:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on global marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, pipeline velocity, campaign ROI, customer acquisition and activity
- Help Partner, Campaign and Customer marketing teams identify actionable insights and trends to optimize their marketing tactics and strategies
- Work with members of Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to support aspects of our efforts, including data measurement, data integrity, and system management
- Build SFDC and Tableau reports and dashboards to present campaign performance and marketing metrics to the larger Marketing organization
- Manage accuracy of critical data points across various marketing and sales systems, including SFDC, Hubspot, Align.ly, Fortela (6sense) and other marketing technologies
- Drive enhancements to the current data pool while being responsible for updates and monitoring accuracy of marketing data in downstream systems
- Define and govern marketing metrics definitions, multi-touch attribution models, and single source of truth reporting
What we expect of you:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of CRM, BI, and other data platforms including SFDC, Tableau, Fortella (Hubspot would be a plus)
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and previous experience working with marketing attribution software
- Strong organizational, analytical, meeting management, and interpersonal skills
