What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Floral Designer position at Blooms (in Rockbrook Village)?
About the company: Blooms is a family owned and operated floral and plant boutique. We have a heart for service and appreciate the value of premium quality product and design. We love supporting our local growers and hand selecting the botanicals we design with. The changing of the seasons and unique color palettes and textures of nature are some of our biggest inspirations.
Qualifications: Qualified applicants will have a minimum of two years floral design experience in a retail flower shop. Attention to detail, organized, creative, dependable, flexible, exceptional customer service skills and adaptability are some of the important characteristics we're looking for in a team member. Knowledge and experience in the care of plants, as well as computer skills are appreciated, but not required.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds and be able to spend long hours on your feet.
Wage proportional to experience.
