Job Summary:
The Data Center Real Estate Research Analyst is a remote member of the research team responsible for connecting with people in different data center markets, helping them know what’s going on, and learning about the latest developments and deals. This position is also responsible for standardizing, analyzing, and publishing information on data center real estate markets to the datacenterHawk platform.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships within the industry, be helpful to them
- Consistently know what’s going on with transactions, leasing, and construction in your markets
- Support regional marketing efforts, sales conversations, or consulting engagements
- Conduct exploratory and investigative research to identify and resolve data gaps
- Analyze market activity and accurately analyze market dynamics
- Ensure the datacenterHawk platform is up to date with accurate information
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 3 -5 years of professional experience in data center brokerage, consultancy, hyper-scale user, or colocation provider with a focus on real estate transactions
- Bachelor’s degree
