What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Blu Contracting?
Hello! We are Blu Contracting, a landscaping, pressure washing, and luxury auto detailing company in Baltimore County, MD, and North Carolina. As an executive assistant, you'll be helping in the day-to-day with our Co-Founder and CEO. This could mean:
- Helping set up meetings
- Making sure that things on the calendar are set and ready to go
- Following up on basic tasks with teams and getting updates
- Someone for our CEO to bounce ideas off of
- Helping setup events (Car shows, conventions, employee & client parties ect)
- Attending meetings to take notes
- Making sure the day to day is smooth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $52,000.00 per year
