Join a new, growing company with revolutionary diving products. These products are dive systems that bridge the gap between snorkeling and scuba diving. Nemo and Nomad are both battery-powered systems, and the fundamental difference between the two is that Nemo is rated to 10 feet deep while Nomad is rated to 30 feet deep.
We need your help to support growing sales and customer service responsibilities. This will include taking and processing customer orders, communicating with customers, creating shipments, and more.
We are looking for problem-solvers who are capable of juggling a variety of tasks and are motivated to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer phone calls, emails, messages, and walk-ins
- Process orders and prepare shipments
- Onboard new dealers/distributors
- Manage shipment issues
- Assist in shipping and/or assembly line when necessary
Skills
- Must be computer savvy
- At least a high school degree
- Proven customer support/sales experience
- Good people skills
- Ability to multi-task/manage multiple responsibilities
- Passion for the products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
