Job Summary
This role works exclusively on Blue Chip’s Bloomaze business. Bloomaze, is a marketing accelerator focused on simplifying and automating the complex and inefficient world of marketing. seasoned in shopper and brand marketing, Bloomaze develops and launches a collection of tech-driven marketing products, solutions and platforms that are simple, flexible and turnkey.
The Marketing and Sales Manager is a hungry and resourceful jack-of-all-trades, operating in a fast-paced start-up environment, and reports to the Chief Growth Officer at Blue Chip & Bloomaze. The Marketing and Sales Manager is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. This person will help drive marketing efforts for Bloomaze and its collection of products and will also help support sales of products, the development of contracts/proposals and statements of work, and support with the onboarding of new customers. This person will be a key contributor in all aspects of the start-up business, including contributing to the ideation of new products and the evolution of existing products.

Demonstrate the mission, vision, values, and culture principles of BC Worldwide/Bloomaze.- Leverage new and existing relationships with outside clients, outside partners, and vendors, where appropriate, to benefit Bloomaze marketing efforts
- Partner with the Chief Growth Officer, and others on the team, to support the customer acquisition process
- Contribute to/lead the development of marketing/sales materials for Bloomaze and its products
- Lead direct interaction with assigned prospects to best position Bloomaze to win
- Onboard and support new customers of Bloomaze products
- Refine and expand on business development materials including credentials slides, case studies, consultant highlight pieces, etc.
- Support marketing initiatives as needed including the distribution of marketing materials to generate impressions and leads
- Represent Bloomaze at industry networking events and conferences as needed
- Dedicate time and thinking towards effective marketing and acquisition efforts for Bloomaze and its products
- Represent the team in internal meetings and related presentations as needed
- Be creative and solution oriented to improve our products, process, and outputs
- Manage marketing budgets with the Chief Growth Office to maximize spend and success
- Support Scope of Work development with Chief Growth Officer and others on the team
- Manage marketing costs with Chief Growth Officer to ensure marketing investments are well priced and budgets are not exceeded
General Responsibilities
- Must be able to travel occasionally overnight and on weekends.
- Comply with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures as well as FDA and other governmental regulations (e.g., IRB, EC).
- Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy.

Education, Experience and Certifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required
- Experience working in a startup environment, martech industry a plus
- General knowledge on how to market b2b products and services, inclusive of digital strategies to drive awareness and acquisitions
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in account services, brand management, marketing management and/or business development including planning, managing and activating marketing plans for B2C and/or B2B companies
- Additional experience a plus:
- Prospecting, leading sales calls
- Composing Scopes of Work
- Integrated brand and retail/shopper marketing experience is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and presentation software required
