Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve service incidents promptly.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Assist with workstation hardware and software support.
- Support and maintain printers, servers, and network infrastructure.
Required Skills :
- 3 years of experience in a Desktop Support / Jr. System Administrator role.
- Must have experience with Admin Center, Windows, Exchange and Office 365
- General office hardware including various multi-function printers / scanners
- Internet-enabled smartphones (iPhone, Android-based phones)
