Patient Service Representative needed for our busy small animal clinic. Ideal candidate should be skilled in the following areas: excellent communication and phone skills, ability to multitask.
Our employees play an integral role in providing exceptional care to our patients as well as facilitating accurate and timely communications with our clients. A caring and compassionate attitude is essential for success in this position.
Position duties include:
- Typing/Filing records
- Checking in/out patients
- Knowledge of animal products
- Dispensing medication
- Explaining to owners details of pet products/medications/procedures
- Answering a multi-line telephone
- Stocking
- Maintaining front office area
Customer service/cash handling experience is preferred but we will train the right person. This is an entry level position.
Must be available for work: Friday and Saturday.
