Job Description: Associate
The Associate reports to the Branch Manager and will always provide professional and courteous customer service. Associate will assist the Branch Manager in areas of growth, marketing, collections, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Superior customer service
- Execute courtesy call program
- Assist in neighborhood and business to business marketing
- Assist Branch Manager in collection efforts
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Proper Cash Handling Procedures and ensure Branch Balances
- Daily Maintenance of Store Appearance by keeping branch clean and free of trash (to include bathrooms)
Tasks:
- Executes courtesy call program to generate new and repeat business.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Conduct customer transactions and ensures accuracy and completeness of all transactions by providing and reviewing all proper documentation.
- Assist with all marketing activities by distributing marketing material through neighborhood/business canvassing, business to business, and providing every customer in the branch with our in-house marketing materials. Marketing Calendar to be followed to identify marketing materials to be used and quantity to be distributed.
- Executes all company collection practices to achieve bad debt standard
- Other duties assigned per upper management.

- Demonstrate Cash Handling and ability to investigate over/short discrepancies.
- Bi-lingual preferred
