Department Summary
Blue Learning, a leading education organization, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an iSVA Enrollment Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with families and campuses to provide enrollment support. This full-time position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Position Summary:
The iSVA Enrollment Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring 100% compliance for receipt and maintenance of required documents and records for all students enrolled full time in iSchool Virtual Academy. This position handles incoming calls, outgoing calls, responds to emails, and assists in managing enrollment for iSchool Virtual Academy. The Enrollment Support Specialist will answer and initiate phone contact with students and parents on issues pertaining to the application and enrollment processing at iSchool Virtual Academy.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
1 year experience making inbound/outbound calls
1 years of experience working with education personnel related to school enrollment or related educational interests
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with the public
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to communicate with, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, teachers, the community, and administrative staff
Attention to detail
1-3 years of experience working in a high call volume environment
Computer literate, proficient with both Microsoft and Google based products
Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
Support campus enrollment staff as needed
Front line customer service via phone, email and in-person for parents, students and staff
Answer incoming calls and conduct outbound calls professionally
Request required documentation records for newly enrolled students via the Texas Records Exchange system and share records of withdrawn students with requesting districts
Research required information using available resources
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
Route calls to appropriate resource
Perform special projects during normal business hours, and other duties as assigned
