What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Processor/Closer position at Blue Ocean Title?
Blue Ocean Title is a growing title company serving real estate companies and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. We are currently looking for an ambitious experienced Title Processor with 5 or more years of experience. Closing experience also a plus.
Title Processor Responsibilities
- Work closely with our integrated portal for all client information.
- Order payoffs, Estoppel Letters, surveys, and any other requirements to clear title.
- Prepare title commitments, HUD/ALTA Statements and other documents related to closing.
- Work with Lenders to balance CDs and prepare loan packages for closing and funding.
Service Requirements
- Looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, customer service and detail orientated person with strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills.
- Must know how to process a file from intake to closing.
- Establish a professional working rapport with our clients and any new relationships that are established.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required, A.A. or B.A. is preferred.
- Highly Organized
- Strong software skills & MS Office proficiency is required.
. Knowledge of Title Insurance Industry required
- Experience with Qualia closing software a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
