You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of Employee Relations. You will provide counsel regarding people related policies and procedures to help problem solve and explore alternatives for conflict resolution and organizational changes. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Employee Relations, you will support planning and managing Employee Relations related projects and programs. Qualifications: Support Leave of Absence Specialist in managing leaves of absence and accommodations Provide excellent customer service to employees seeking out or inquiring about leaves of absence and accommodations Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, especially as pertain to leaves of absence and accommodations Educate employees, managers, and counterparts in HR on applicable employment law and company policies pertaining to leaves of absence, accommodations Manage highly sensitive and confidential information Strong business and systems thinking Strong interpersonal skills Communicate effectively verbally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience Compile, research, and analyze information Attention to detail and values context Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
