As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our multifamily properties. Key Responsibilities:
- HVAC 608 Certification:
- Possess and maintain HVAC 608 Certification, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Supervisory Experience:
- Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
- Attention to Detail:
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure excellent curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
- Safety and Cleanliness:
- Ensure the team maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Uphold safety standards throughout the community.
- Leadership and Organization:
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure the community operates smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.
- Timely Service Requests:
- Oversee that all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Effective Communication:
- Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
- Maintenance Expertise:
- Experience in preventive and general maintenance.
Qualifications:
- HVAC 608 Certification is a MUST.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
