* Responsible for day-to-day operations of running an apartment community, overseeing and enhancing its financial growth.
* Maintaining positive high energy.
* Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills are required.
* Must have a minimum 3-year experience in an Manager position and 2 years Leasing experience
* Strong Customer Service Skills.
* Entrata knowledge an asset.
* Strong collection management skills.
