The Park at Torino is seeking a Full-time Porter:
- Must have Great Organizational Skills
- Will maintain recreational and common areas clean.
- Assist with cleanouts and waste removal.
- Manage a clean and safe work area.
- Must have a Go-getter attitude.
- Keep community operating smoothly and according to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, and supervisors.
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features.
- Work with the service team to always ensure excellent curb appeal.
