Blue Rose is seeking an E-Business Suite/SOA Developer/Functional Analyst to support our work with a federal client. This role is in Alexandria, VA and will be Hybrid. It is open to U.S Citizens, Dual Citizens, and US Persons. 

Successful candidates will be required to complete a background investigation. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Build integration between Oracle and E-Business Suite and external procurement system using SOA BPEL and PL/SQL  

  • Document Functional/Technical designs for all interfaces  

  • Validate production implementation and provide short-term post-production support  

  • Create, modify, and test the code, forms, and script that allow computer applications to run 

  • Work from specifications drawn up by software developers or other individuals 

  • Assist software developers by analyzing user needs and designing software solutions 

  • Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Candidate must have: 

  • 5 years of Oracle PL/SQL experience 

  • 5 years of experience with Oracle Financials 

  • 3 years of Oracle SOA/BPEL experience 

  • 2 years of experience with Oracle Federal Financials 

A strong candidate will also have: 

  • Bachelor's degree 

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000
