• Location: Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm
• Salary: $73,000, plus $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Licensure: LCSW-C with Board Approved Supervisor
• School Calendar: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Therapists, 1 Occupational Therapist, and 1 Speech Language Therapist.
• Serve as member of multi-disciplinary treatment teams.
• Consult with Therapists on the nature of emotional and behavioral problems to be addressed and the level of therapy required, including consultation with psychologist/psychiatrist staff.
• Assist in the develop of treatment plans, to establish goals and objectives for client treatment.
• Ensure client participation in treatment planning and address any barriers to participation, as needed.
• Provide scheduling that works to establish and maintain a therapeutic working relationship with the client(s) that is respectful of budget, culture, values, abilities, and identity.
• Attend treatment team reviews, supervision, and staff meetings, recommended group supervision sessions, and may attend group supervision.
• Provide consultation and encouragement to families/guardians of children in treatment.
• Consult with psychologists, psychiatrists, Department of Social Services, and/or other professionals working with the client(s) to discuss or coordinate services
