Blue Sky Therapy is looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist in the Parma, Ohio area. Blue Sky Therapy is a key provider of therapy services in a post-acute continuum of care to include Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, In-Home Part B, and Outpatient.
Position Overview: Blue Sky Therapy is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about their profession, eager to work and is a team player! The COTA is responsible for assisting Occupational Therapists in providing occupational therapy treatments and procedures.

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant License in the State of Ohio
