Sales Support Representative:
Blue Tree Technology (BTT) is a managed IT services (MSP) company servicing clients in the greater Kansas City Metro area. Since 2019 we have been providing small and medium size businesses with security focused IT support that they desperately need. Over the years, we have built great partnerships across our client base and are now looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct yourself according to BTT Core Values
- Assist sales representatives in sales department
- Creating proposals, scheduling sales meetings, attending sales presentations and calling warm leads
- Relationship building with prospects through different prospecting methods/lead generation
- Manage lifecycle of approved marketing campaigns
- Manage sales correspondence, update sales KPIs, and perform sales related data entry
- Attending business networking events as required

Essential Skills:
- Adept in developing and maintaining business relationships with all leadership positions
- Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Internet required
- Familiar with IT services/Professional Services a plus
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of successful business to business sales experience
- Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers
- Ability to fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to travel to meet with potential clients on occasion.
