INTRODUCTION

The Brand Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining each property’s image and concepts through the implementation of marketing campaigns and efforts with a focus on both online and offline marketing to drive revenue and engagement. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and effective project management, 50% creative and 50% strategic. Self-motivated individuals with a broad understanding of branding, brand recognition, proven marketing strategies, inbound marketing, audience engagement, and marketing communication best practices are encouraged to apply. The Brand Manager should have a passion for developing & executing short-, medium-, and long-term strategic marketing plans.

Who We Are Working With

  • Strong web content development and social media writing/communication skills
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or another similar tool
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, Google Analytics, social media, and email marketing; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated understanding and use of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. as part of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Drupal and/or WordPress or similar content management systems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with solid communication skills, including writing, proofreading skills, and speaking.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and assignments while maintaining high-quality results and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Strong creative vision with an ability to understand and adhere to brand guidelines, business objections, and budgets.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, flexibility, adaptability, and business acumen
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Mailchimp Enterprise or HubSpot knowledge (nice to have)
  • Graphic design and ability to create marketing material either in Illustrator, Canva, or another.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods.
  • Video and photography software skills needed to create and distribute market-leading content are a plus. (nice to have)
  • Hospitality experience a plus

  • Assists with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, brand initiatives, and methodologies to elevate the company's portfolio of properties.
  • Works on the implementation of marketing campaigns for B2C generation of results for consistent brand execution across all marketing channels
  • Design and led online and offline marketing projects and advertising strategies, including creating content for email and drip campaigns, identifying search engine keywords and website updates, suggesting budget and resource allocation for marketing projects, etc.
  • Regularly provides marketing analysis and insights to support marketing initiatives; measure , track, and analyze marketing project effectiveness to determine the return on marketing investment.
  • Become the subject matter expert on marketing for your assigned properties; commit to best practices, research new approaches, and improve current marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments on creating marketing materials and turning leads into job opportunities to increase sales from marketing projects.
  • Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency and awareness. Ability to manage social -organic, boosted, or paid
  • Collaborates with the property and regional team to identify marketing opportunities and develop & deliver sales collateral, promotions, packages, and advertising to attract individual & group bookings.
  • Works collaboratively with the property team to create engaging and dynamic content with cutting-edge technology.
  • E nsure all marketing and online information remains accurate and up to date as the company's capabilities and offerings expand.
  • Consult with leadership to establish appropriate marketing budgets and ensure projects comply with the established parameters.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Provides regular and reliable attendance.

Who You Will Work With

The Brand Manager reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and is part of the revenue generation division in the regional marketing department.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred; significant work experience can be substituted for the degree.
  • Coordination and conflict resolution work well in teams, and team members can adjust their actions according to others' actions.
  • Graphic design and ability to create marketing material in Illustrator, Canva, or other formats.
  • Active Learning skills, understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making, collecting and applying the information related to the job as needed.
  • Basic coding knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and previous experience editing and maintaining websites are a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint), Box, Dropbox, and Google Drive.

This is a sedentary role; however, frequent sitting or standing is required. The ability to read and interpret writing in color is required. Dexterity is required to operate computers and related tools. Some travel is required!
