What We’re Looking For
Bluebeam is looking for an Lead Development Representative to help scale revenue across the company, supporting and guiding the LDR team in the development of a qualified sales pipeline through inbound/outbound prospecting and marketing lead follow up. This role coaches the team to effectively identify and research potential customers, to create and deliver compelling messages which capture the prospects attention and to uncover and qualify new business requirements, while maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities to convert. The role partners closely with Marketing and Sale leaders to align on campaigns and strategic sales initiatives.
