Position Summary
Cook and prepare various food products, including meats, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and other food products, using different equipment and utensils, while maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.
Essential Job Duties
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
- Assist the BOH team with all preparation and organization in the kitchen.
- Prepare all food items according to recipes and prep lists.
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain proper rotation of food to esnure top quality and freshness.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
Skills / Talents
- One to three years of line or prep cook experience required.
- Familiar with industry best practices.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
