Description :
7 years of related experience in project/program management
Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence-based environment
Experience and deep understanding of software development methodologies and principles (including SDLC, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Agile Principles, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe))
Ability to build rapport and drive influence with partners, stakeholders, senior executive leadership
Strong relationship building skills, coupled with high business acumen.
Experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
Driven Agile transformation / implemented Agile methodologies to an organization
Retail / e-commerce industry experience
Experience delivering end-to-end mobile app solutions with a wide user base
Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework principles and practices
JIRA / Confluence power user
Previous development experience
