This key role will provide administration support for the Quality Management System, specifically configuration management for engineering/manufacturing team support.
• Responsible for Configuration Management and Document Control Processes in Arena (Cloud-based PLM).• The CCA shall address adherence to standard configuration management procedures to include configuration identification, status accounting, configuration control and configuration audits.• Work with the Engineers to create and review ECOs.• Support the Quality Organization with other tasks as needed such as internal audits and training.• Establish and document standard processes and procedures for CM related activities.• Partner with Safety, Production, and Quality Management/Assurance/Engineering to ensure any changes identified by quality escapes and/or safety are identified and updated via the CCB.
Required Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent• A U.S. Citizen able to obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance
Preferred Education and Experience:• Minimum of five years of experience as a Configuration Control Administrator or similar• Knowledge of configuration management principles, concepts and MRP/ERP/PLM systems
• Candidate must be organized, independent, have good communication skills, be self-motivated, be team oriented, and able to multi-task
• Must be MS Windows and MS Office Proficient
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are nominally Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

Work Environment: This job operates in professional/secure office & laboratory environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and other equipment as needed
