ABOUT THE ROLE 

If you want to reimagine the way companies communicate and collaborate, working with cutting-edge technologies and high-caliber professionals, then drop us a line. You will be a Cross-Platform Software Developer on our Platform & Solution Engineering Team.  

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Perform on a team of experienced engineers on our Platform & Solution Engineering Team 
• Responsible for full-stack feature development 
• Responsible for Frontend, Backend and Cloud Services Development 
• Collaborate effectively with the Platform & Solution Engineering team members 
• Collaborate effectively with the Design and Product teams and understand user requirements 
• Be aware of trends in the software industry and identify technologies that are applicable 

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience 
• Software engineering background with a drive to solve complex problems 
• Experience with JavaScript is required 
• Experience with the latest front-end frameworks, including React/Redux, Node.js is required 
• Experience with backend development, including Websocket, Redis is a plus. 
• Must be a Team Player 
• Must be a fast learner 
• Must be a self-starter 
• Must be highly resourceful and proactive in seeking out information and crafting needed solutions 
• Must be able to work with ambiguous requirements  
• Excellent communication skills 
• Experience working in a high growth startup environment is a plus 

BONUS POINTS 

• Experience with React/Redux and Node.js 
• Experience with Cloud Services and Infrastructure, including AWS, Redis 
• Experience with UI/UX development
