The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Metalcorp business in our Kewdale team as an Internal Salesperson. Metalcorp is a leading rural Australian steel distributor, supplying brands for the land through our branches and stockists across Australia.

We have a full-time position available in this highly valued role, which will see you working in our distribution centre by managing enquiries that come from our external and internal customers via inbound phone calls and emails.

No previous industry experience is necessary as you will receive training as part of our comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing support to learn all aspects of the role, which will include product knowledge and our systems. You will be great at multi-tasking and customer service will be something you are passionate about. You will enjoy being part of a fun team and adding your personality will really make this role your own.

This is a permanent full-time position working office hours, Monday to Friday.

What Will You Do?

Being a crucial point of contact for our customers, you will also be required to:

• prepare and follow up customer quotes and process sales
• resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer experience
• arrange specific customer delivery requests
